For vinegar preparation from alcoholic beverages (fruit wine, fruit wine, grape wine) that are healthy and possibly already slightly vinegary. The wines should not exceed an alcohol content of 10% by volume (dilute higher-grade wines) and, if possible, should not be sulphurised.
